About Our Chef

Heng Eng Ho
With over 20 years of experience under his belt, Penang-born Chef Ho is a humble food maestro that constantly seeks to reinvent the way Peranakan cuisines, and its rich culture, can be preserved and enjoyed by all.
He had the privilege to be mentored under various talented chefs during the early days of his career, and that helped to shape his distinct style of combining different elements into his culinary creations.
